Early Payment Discount
Organisers would appreciate early payment of the event fee and to encourage this, have offered a discount fee of $750AUD.
To take advantage of the AU $750.00 early payment, organisers must receive payment before July 31 2011.
After this deadline, competitors must send the full AU $825.00 payment.

Included in this fee are:
1: Accommodation for 5 nights, including meals.
2: Transport for both the 2m and 80m ARDF Events.
3: Transport and activities for the tour day.
4: Transport to and from the Closing Banquet.

Transport:
If you require transport from and to the Melbourne International Airport, the organisers can arrange this at an additional cost to the competitor. If you are intending on organising your own accommodation and transport, please contact the event organiser Jack Bramham (VK3WWW) at vk3www @wia.org.au
