The callsign will be used primarily in conjunction with the occasion of opening a time-capsule containing WIA member contributions 25 years ago during the Institute\\\'s 75th annivesary celebrations.
Publicity
Media statements will be issued to the local newspaper and radio station with the view of obtaining coverage of the WIA Centenary. A report on the opening of the time-capsule will be also be issued.
