About John Howlett
My AR interest started at age 12 when I joined the Bristol & district ARS, G3GIS. (UK)
My interest was re newed in Perth and I obtained the call VK6ATA. I am the founding member of the Northern Corridor Radio Group and was president for the first 7 years.
I now have a travelling life style and use this lifestyle to promote AR in country areas.
Radio Activities My main interest is HF operating from my mobile home using SSB, limited CW (very!) SSTV & PSK
Hobbies Digital photography is a hobby which works well with SSTV, I enjoy snorkelling the reefs both in WA and on the East coast.
