About Marilyn Syme
I first got my licence in 1980, but had been using fire brigade radios for several years before that. I am one of the early members of Alara, having joined in 1977. I have been on the Alara Committee since 1982, served as President 1986/89 and again currently since 2006.
Radio Activities Mainly 80m for Alara nets & committee nets.
Hobbies Philately (with accent on telecommunications), patchwork, soft toymaking, cryptic crosswords, gardening.
