Changes to Amateur LCD come into effect

The changes to the Amateur LCD come into effect on Tuesday 19 February 2008.
The amending Determination, the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Amateur Licence) Amendment Determination 2008 (No. 1) was registered today, Monday 18 February 2008 and so commences the day after it has been registered.

The Radiocommunications (Qualified Operators) Amendment Determination 2008 (No. 1) was also registered.
The Class Licence for visiting amateurs came into effect on 14 February 2008.
