WIA letter of support to the Philippines

The aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) that struck the central Philippines more than a week ago continues to unfold including thousands of deaths, injuries and destroyed property.
Throughout the disaster the Philippines Amateur Radio Association (PARA) with its Ham Emergency Radio Operations (HERO) network has provided essential emergency communications.
A letter of acknowledgement and support has been sent by the WIA President Phil Wait Phil Wait VK2ASD. It can be read below
