To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) founding in 1925, a very nice IARU award is being issued this year.

The award is administered by Soyuz Radiolyubitelei Rossii [SRR], the Russian Amateur Radio Union, on behalf of the IARU. A diploma is for QSOs with jubilee stations - that is the callsigns ending with 90IARU, by 10 different IARU member societies. Under the rules the 160m, 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m, 6m, 2m and 70cm bands may be used, in any mode that can be Mixed, CW, Phone or Digital. Valid contacts are between January 1 to December 31, which can be confirmed online, and so are there rules.
