Nominations for the position of Director of the Wireless Institute of Australia (WIA) are open from 9 November 2025 and close on 16 December 2025.
Three directors retire at the conclusion of the next
Annual General Meeting which will be held in May 2026. The retiring directors are Lee Moyle VK3GK, Steve Green VK2TSG and Chris Dimitrijevic VK3FY.
Each retiring director is eligible for re-election.
Voting will be by electronic means as provided by the WIA Election regulations. Voting will be held in January / February 2026. To vote in this election members must be a financial member of the Wireless Institute of Australia as at 1 January 2026, which is the beginning of the WIA Financial Year.
Members may elect to vote by POSTAL VOTE and must make an application for a Postal Vote by 2:30pm on 24 December 2025.
Details of the election nominees will be sent to all members by email. Details of Nominees will also be included with the postal voting papers sent to those members opting for a postal vote.
Applications for a Postal Vote may be posted to the WIA Returning Officer at the WIA post off ice box or sent by email to the above address.
This form is used only for WIA Financial Members for the election of WIA BOARD members whose term commences at the conclusion of the AGM in 2026.
