Draft Standard level Licence Syllabus added to WIA web pages

The proposed syllabus for the standard grade licence has been added to the education pages on this website. The standard licence will replace the current novice licence in the near future when the ACMA finalize the next stage of the Amateur licence restructure. We believe that this draft syllabus is very close to the final syllabus.
