WIA office reviewed & phone hours changed

Three WIA directors have spent time at the WIA Office in Bayswater Victoria. Justin VK7TW, Greg VK2GPK and Marcus VK5WTF used the time to look at where improvements can be made to support WIA staff - Bruce and Petra, and facilitate the delivery of more effective and efficient service for members.
One change relates to the hours that Bruce and Petra will be answering phone calls.
The phone hours will be 11am to 4pm AEST each business day. This extended phone contact window allows for Western and South Australian members to contact the office.
Of course you can contact the National Office anytime via email using the online contact form under the 'WIA Information' menu on the website or via this Link.
Please note that email is the preferred method of contact. If you have a phone query then please ring back during the 11am-4pm period.
