The WIA believes it is important to protect the intellectual property that has been built up over the nearly ten years of the previous Deed with the ACMA.
To this end the WIA has made contact with the new providers a number of times to try and facilitate a discussion and negotiation. Nothing has been forth coming from the new provider.
Finally we have resorted to sending further correspondence to try to establish communication on 21 March 2019 and they are considering their position.
