BUSINESS
1. To receive and consider the Annual Financial Statements, Directors Report and Independent Auditors report for the year ended 31 December 2021
2. To confirm the results of the election of Directors
3. To transact any other business that may be brought before the meeting in accordance with the Institute’s Constitution
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Wireless Institute of Australia will be held at as a HYBRID EVENT Saturday 7th May 2022 at 10.30am (Eastern Time). Electronic access to the event will be available and details will be provided closer to the event.
