US Technician Class Licence - reciprocal arrangements

The ACMA is seeking comments about the reciprocal arrangements for the US Technician Class Licence. The knowledge requirements for the US Technician Class Licence have changed over the years, and is now considered to relate more closely to the Australian Foundation Licence.

Further to our previous notice on this website from May 2015, in Amateur Radio magazine from June 2015, and on a number of VK1WIA broadcasts since then, and in accordance with our Constitution, I confirm that the Annual General Meeting of the Wireless Institute of Australia will be held on Saturday 28 May 2016, commencing at 0900 LT, at the Paradise Hotel, Elizabeth Avenue, Norfolk Island.
